Fouling Problem of RO System and Engineering Improvement

摘要 根据电厂以反渗透为主体工艺的污水处理系统运行情况,采用EDAX能谱仪和红外图谱分析技术,结合RO膜压差变化情况,研究反渗透膜通量减小的原因。结果显示,RO膜压差迅速增大,是由于嗜盐菌等微生物体繁殖和腐蚀物的污堵所致,而通过降低进水的pH值(6左右)、缩短停留时间(缩短为1 h)可有效改善膜堵塞,使化学清洗周期由原来的7~10 d延长到40~45 d。 Reverse osmosis (RO) method is the main process for wastewater treatment in a powerplant. Reasons for decrease in RO flux were analyzed using EDAX and IR as well as in combination with change in RO trans-membrane pressure. The results showed that rapid increase in RO trans-membrane pressure was attributed to rapid growth of halophilic microorganisms and corrosive fouling. Reducing the influent pH to 6 and shortening the residence time to 1 h can effectively control the membrane fouling and extend the chemical cleaning cycle from 7 - 10 d to 40 -45 d.
