摘要 为研究传统中药构棘(穿破石)木心化学成分,采用柱色谱从中药材构棘木心中分离出10个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-(乙氧基甲基)苯酚(1)、(13α,14β,17α,20R)-7,24-二烯-3-乙酰酯羊毛甾烷(2)、(13α,14β,17α,20R)-7,24-二烯-3-羟基羊毛甾烷(3)、谷甾醇(4)、山萘酚(5)、香橙素(6)、桑色素(7)、槲皮素(8)、山萘酚-7-O-葡萄糖苷(9),槲皮素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(10)。其中化合物1为首次从桑科发现,化合物2~4首次从该植物中分离得到。 To study the chemical constituents from the root wood of Cudrania cochinchinensis collected from Guangxi long-an county, ten compounds were isolated by column charomatogram and elucidated as 4-ethoxymethylphenol ( 1 ), ( 13a, 14β, 17a ,20R) -lanosta-7,24-diene-3/3-O-acetate (2) , ( 13a, 14β, 17a ,20R) -lanosta-7,24-diene -3β-ol (3) ,β- sitosterol (4) , kaempferel ($), aromadendrin (6) , quercetin (7), morin ( 8 ), kaempferol-7-O-β-Dgluco pyranoside (9), quercetin -7-O-β-Dglucopyranoside(10 ). Compounds 1 was first found in Moraceae family, while compounds 2-4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
