摘要
本实验通过观察马尾松花粉醇提物对小鼠脂质代谢的影响来探讨其抑制肥胖的初步机制。实验采用随机分组对照方法,对不同组的小鼠进行不同的干预处理。实验结果显示与高脂组(FC)组相比3个醇提物组在终体重、体重净增加和体重增加率方面都有明显降低(P<0.01);体脂含量也有不同程度降低但未出现显著性差异;血脂中总胆固醇(TC)水平有不同程度的降低,并且甘油三酯(TG)都有明显降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)水平都有显著性升高(P<0.01);瘦素(LEP)和脂联素(ADP)水平都有不同程度升高;肝脏和脂肪组织中的肉碱棕榈酰转移酶(CPT-I)酶含量水平都得到显著升高(P<0.01)。上述结果证明马尾松花粉醇提物可以明显控制小鼠的体重增长以及改善体内脂质代谢水平,证明松花粉醇提物在抑制肥胖方面具有重要作用。
In this study, the effects on lipid metabolism and preventing obesity of ethanol-extraction of masson pine pollen were investigated. Randomized control method was used to divide mice into different groups. The results showed that the three ethanol extract groups decreased obviously in the final weight, weight net increase and weight gain rate compared with the FC control group. The body fat content decreased slightly but with no significant difference. The TC level re- duced at different extent,especially TG levels of all groups declined with significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ). In addi- tion, HDLC levels increased significantly as well (P 〈 0.01 ). Leptin (LEP) and adiponectin (ADP) levels increased at different degree. The content of carnitine palmitoyl transferase (CPT-I) in liver and adipose tissue all had significant increase (P 〈 0.01 ). In conclusion, masson pine pollen ethanol extract significantly improved lipid metabolism of mice. It proved that masson pine pollen ethanol extract had important significance on preventing obesity.
