道德领导:将价值与道德置于首位的学校领导框架 被引量:2

摘要 美国教育管理学家萨乔万尼提出的道德领导,从文化、价值和道德的角度抵及学校改善的核心。它以学习共同体为隐喻,以专业权威和道德权威为基础领导形态,要求校长在办学治校过程中注重价值理念的引领,重视道德权威的影响,体现专业权威的价值,实现领导方式的转型。同时,校长在学习与借鉴道德领导理论时也要认清其局限与不足。
