摘要
本研究使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对双螺杆挤出机闭合筒体进行了热—结构耦合分析,通过改变筒体壁厚和流道结构,设计了3种结构方案,分别与原设计筒体的热变形相比较,得出了增大筒体壁厚或改变筒壁流道结构均能改善筒体热变形的结论;在考虑单节筒体变形的基础上,分析了由温差引起的两节筒体间的关联变形,其分析结果对于研究双螺杆挤出机主机筒体的总体变形具有一定的参考意义。
The thermal-structure analysis for ANSYS software. The thermal deformation barrel of twin screw extruder was carried out using of three barrel and initial barrel was compared. It was concluded that increasing the thickness of the barrel or changing the channel could decrease the barrel deformation. On the base of single barrel deformation, the associated deformation influenced by temperature difference between neighbor barrels was analyzed. All the results had certain significanees in studying whole barrel deformation of twin screw extruder.
