循环流化床固硫灰与减水剂适应性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 高效减水剂与矿物掺合料已经成为高性能混凝土不可或缺的组成部分,两者之间适应性对水泥混凝土性能改善有重要作用。从利用循环流化床固硫灰作为混凝土矿物掺合料的角度,通过净浆和砂浆流动度试验以及混凝土坍落度试验,研究了不同粒度的循环流化床固硫灰与各种类型减水剂的适应性。结果表明:固硫灰细度及减水剂种类对固硫灰净浆、砂浆流动性以及掺固硫灰混凝土坍落度和强度具有一定影响。 As important parts of high performance concrete, superplasticizer and mineral admixtures have received much attention.And the compacibility of superplasticizer and mineral admixture took significant effect on the concrete performance.Circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ashes were used as mineral admixtures of concrete,and fluidity of the circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ash paste and mortar has been measured.And slumps of the concrete with circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ash has also been researched.Results showed that particle size of circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ash and types of superplasticizer have certain influenced on the workability of circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ash paste, mortar and the concrete with circulated fluidized bed desulphurization ash.
