摘要
针对某冷轧厂1250 mm冷连轧机组四辊轧机,以提高板形控制精度为目标建立了工作辊辊型优化模型,以改善辊间压力为目标建立了支承辊辊型优化模型。理论计算表明,优化后的辊型曲线能改善辊间接触压力分布和板形控制效果。
A work roll shape optimizing model has been established for the 4-H rolling mill stand of 1250 mm cood strip line in order to enhance the control precision to strip profile. A backup roll optimizing model has been established in order to ameliorate the pressure between the rolls. The theoretical calculation shws thai optimized roll curve can ameliorate the pressure distribution cn the contact surfaces of two rolls and the control effect on strip profile.
