摘要
针对连铸结晶器供水系统的变频恒压技术改造,对变频恒压供水方案与阀门节流供水方案进行比较分析,指出变频器在供水系统中的节能作用。对变频技术改造中不具体分析水泵运行工况,直接套用水泵的比例定律从而盲目夸大变频器的节能作用的做法进行纠正。
In the technical revamping of the frequency converter used in the consistent-pressure water supply system for caster modes, the comparison between the eonsistent-pressure water supply solution with frequency converter and water supply with throttle valve shows the frequency converter offers energy-saveing function for the water supply System. The article corrects the modus operandi that applies the proportionality law of Water pumps to exaggerate the energy-saving function of frequency converters witbout analysing specific runningconditinn of waterpumps in the revamp of the frequency converter.
