摘要
本文首先评述了环境保护的国际协调与税制安排,并对当前中国发展低碳经济与相关税收政策的难点进行分析,进而提出建议。
This paper first makes some comments on intemational coordination and tax system for envi- ronmental protection, and analyzes difficulties in developing low-carbon economy and perfecting related tax policies. Finally, it puts forward some policy suggestions and ideas for developing low-carbon economy by perfecting related tax policies.
