摘要
目的探讨白细胞总数水平高的病例有较高的发生急性心肌梗死(AMI)和急性冠脉综合症(ACS)的危险性。方法冠心病大致分为隐匿型、心绞痛型、心肌梗死型、心力衰竭型和猝死型。结果近年来,有研究发现白细胞总数的升高可以预示心肌梗死的发生,并且,白细胞总数的预测价值与血清总胆固醇几乎相同。结论该文就白细胞总数升高病例及其预后的临床数据及白细胞在冠心病发展过程中一些可能的机制作一综述,并对白细胞总数和亚型对确认有急性血管事件的病例进行危险分层的分析。
Objective Total number of white blood cell levels high cases have higher developed acute myocardial infarction （A- MI） and acute coronary syndrome （ACS） risk. Methods Coronary heart disease can be divided into virus infection aslar-pacific perspective, angina pectoris type, type of myocardial infarction, heart failure type and sudden death type. Results In recent years, studies have found that of the total number of white blood cells increase can predict the occurrence of myocardial infarction, and of the total number of white blood cells, the predictive value of serum total cholesterol and almost the same. Conclusion This paper raised the total leukocyte cases and the prognosis of clinical data and leukocyte in coronary heart disease （CHD） in the process of the development of some possible mechanisms were summarized in this review, and the total number of white blood cell subtype and to confirm that there is acute vascular events of cases in the analysis of the risk stratification
