Ⅲ期压疮的综合管理及护理体会

Nursing experience on comprehensive management in treaunent forⅢ stage bedsore

目的探讨综合管理对Ⅲ期压疮的疗效及护理体会。方法回顾性总结2005年1月至2011年12月在我院呼吸科收住的有带人Ⅲ期压疮的老年患者，按人院时间将患者分为2组：对照组18例采用局部氧疗或单纯换药等单一的方法治疗Ⅲ期压疮；观察组19例采用综合管理Ⅲ期压疮。总结对比两组患者的治愈率、治愈时间，并进行分析。结果观察组治愈率84．2％，明显高于对照组44．4％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组平均治愈时间（39．7±2．33）天明显少于对照组（49．7±1．71）天，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论综合管理对Ⅲ期压疮疗效优于传统方法。

Objective To explore the efficacy and nursing experience of comprehensive management for Ⅲstage bedsore treatment. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the elderly patients admitted into Ⅱ stage bedsore in the department of respiratory at our hospital from January 2005 to December 2011, according to ad- mission time the patients were divided into 2 groups： 18 patients in control group with partial oxygen therapy or simply dressing, such as a single method of treatment Ⅲ stage bedsore; 19 cases in observation group used com- prehensive management for pressure sores. The cure rate and healing time in two groups were summarized, com- pared and analyzed. Results Cure rate of the observation group was 84.2%, significantly higher than that of the control group （44.4%）, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Also in the observation group, the av- erage healing time of （39.7 ~ 2.33） days was significantly shorter than （49.7 1.71 ） days of the control group, showing statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive management is more effective than traditional method in treatment of Ⅲ stage bedsore.
