On the Environmental Justice in the Global View

环境正义缘起于美国上世纪90年代兴起的环境运动,其基本要求是对环境恶物和环境善物的权利和义务公平对等分配,是对当代生态伦理研究理论困境的实践超越;全球化是资本主导的全球化,全球化交往生成全球正义;全球视野中的环境正义强调,发达国家必须承担更多道德责任和政治义务,平等分配保护自然环境的权利和义务,共同破解日益严峻的全球环境问题。

Environmental justice rose in 1990s in America. The primary rules are to distribute right of the bad and good of environment equally, and the theory overcame the dilemma of ecological Ethics. Globalization is led by capital, and the global justice is formed in global communication. In the global view, environmental justice claims that the devel- oped countries must undertake more moral responsibility and political duties, the rights and duties in protecting environment must be distributed equally, and we should solve the global environmental problem corporately.
