摘要
游动滑车(以下简称游车)是石油钻机重要的提升部件之一,属钻机的游动系统。它与天车、大钩等配套使用。研发的YC585游车是针对8000m钻机配套使用。应用材料力学与有限元分析相结合的方法对游车的安全性能做出分析,进一步说明此游车在设计上满足API规范的要求。
Traveling block belongs to hoisting system of drilling rig, which is one of the important parts of oil rig. It is used with the crane and hook, etc.. Research and development of the YC585 traveling block can be used along with 8000 meters drilling rig. The safety performance of traveling block are summarized by using mechanics of materials with combination of fi- nite element analysis, and further it is demonstrated that traveling block could meet API requirements in design.
