摘要
在对数控转塔冲床模型提出简化处理基础上,运用SolidWorks软件对数控冲床进行实体建模,导入ANSYS中建立数控冲床床身的有限元模型,对数控冲床的有限元模型进行了床身的应力、位移分析,为结构优化提供了基础。建立优化模型,利用ANSYS软件对数控转塔冲床床身进行拓扑优化,将优化后的结果进行有限元验证,计算结果表明优化效果明显。
In the paper, the model is presented based on the simplified process, using SolidWorks software for CNC punching machine solid modeling. The finite element model for the numerical control punch is established. The stress, displacement a- nalysis of the finite element model provide the basis for structural optimization. By establishing optimization model and using ANSYS software, the toplogy optimization for CNC turret punch press bed is done, the optimized results are tested by ANSYS, the calculation results show that the optimization effect is obvious.
