摘要
介绍了天津石油化工公司炼油厂采用UOP公司循环床高效再生技术对催化裂化装置再生系统进行改造的情况 ,阐述了该技术的特点。从改造前后工艺参数的对比和对循环床流化类型的分析来看 ,该技术的应用对提高烧焦强度和烧焦能力 ,改善再生效果 ,降低能耗 ,增加劣质原料掺炼率以及提高处理量等 ,具有一定的优越性。
The revamping of FCCU's regenerator of the refinery of Tianjin Petrochemical Corp.was introduced. The characters of UOP's recircle fluid bed regeneration technique were stated and analyzed.According to the comparison between processing parameters and those before revamping,the application of this technique had good effects on coke burning ability of regenerator and catalyst regeneration.The revamping obtained some progresses,which included decrease of energy consuming,processing of bad feed and increase of feed quantity.
