摘要 压力渗透法制备SiCp/Al材料需要制备SiC预制块,通过试验对比分析了升温方式、粘结剂、模具阴干以及SiC颗粒大小配比对SiC预制块品质的影响。结果表明:硅胶与磷酸铝均可作为SiC预制块的粘结剂,加热前需将模具充分阴干,在电阻炉内加热时,需要从较低的起始温度缓慢升至预定的加热温度,SiC颗粒的大小影响着预制块的掉渣率,颗粒越细小,预制块整体粘结强度越高,但周边掉渣率越高。 SiC prefabricated blocks need to be prepared when making SiCp/A1 material with pressure-infiltration method. The impact is analyzed on quality of the SiC prefabricated blocks of heating way, adhesives, mold dried and SiC particle size com- pared by experiment. The results show that silicone and aluminum phosphate all can be used as adhesives for SiC prefabricated blocks. Mold need to be dried before heating and from a lower starting temperature increased to a predetermined heating tem- perature slowly when heating in resistance furnace. SiC particle size impact on the scrap of prefabricated blocks. The smaller SiC particle size is, the higher bond strength of the whole prefabricated blocks are and the more scrap around prefabricated blocks is.
