摘要 高速铁路的快速发展对无缝钢轨质量提出了更严格的要求,在无缝钢轨的加工过程中,钢轨焊接接头处的平直度修磨是一道重点工序。为提高无缝钢轨修磨后的质量,需确定统一的磨削基准。介绍了基于触摸屏的钢轨打磨机床测控系统设计方法,主要采用触摸屏与PLC控制相结合,利用直线逼近方法,实现磨削基准的确定。经测试表明,该系统能准确快速确定出钢轨焊接处修磨基准线,提高了无缝钢轨生产效率,具有十分重要的工程应用价值。 With the rapid development of high speed railway, more stringent requirements for the quality of continuously wel- ded rail are put forward. In the process of continuously welded rail machining, straightness grinding of the rail welding joint is a key process. In order to improve the quality of continuously welded rail after grinding, a common grinding reference should be established. This paper describes the method of measuring and controlling for the rail grinding machine. It is a combination of touch-screen and PLC control techniques, the main theory of rail grinding reference establishment is linear approximation. Test shows that the designed system can accurately and quickly establish the reference grinding line in the rail welding place, so compared with the traditional producing method, the production efficiency of continuously welded rail can be largely im- proved, this is valuable in engineering application.
