摘要
针对发动机上凸轮轴的应用情况,重点介绍了整体式凸轮轴和组装式凸轮轴的制造现状及关键技术。整体式凸轮轴中凸轮的磨削效率及加工精度有待进一步提高;组装式凸轮轴构思新颖,但凸轮与芯轴的连接技术、凸轮精密成形、装配技术与设备等关键技术问题有待进一步研究。
The key technology and current situation are discussed for manufacturing of both integral camshaft and assembly camshaft according to the application of the engine camshaft. The grinding efficiency and machining precision of cams on inte- gral camshafts need to be further improved. Assembly camshafts are novel, however, key technology such as the connecting technology of cams and shafts, precisely forming of cams, assembly technology and equipment need to be further researched.
