YF25型滤棒发射站利用高输出气压将滤棒远距离传输并供应卷烟机生产,密封靴的加工精度决定了发射机的输出气压,但加工精度很难满足。经研究分析,改善加工工艺可解决密封靴加工难的问题。

YF25 filter rod shooting station transfer the filter rods in long distance by high pressure output and make cigarette machine produce automatically. The manufacturing accuracy of the mechanical seal shoe determines the output air pressure of the shooting station, and the mechanical seal shoe is very difficult to be machined. The machining engineering is improved and solved these problems in processing.
