两种不同连接方式的风机故障诊断

摘要 针对两种不同连接方式的风机振动故障,进行实例分析、诊断,判断振动故障在电机还是在风机。这两种连接方式分别是风机和电机直接连接(转速相同),风机和电机通过调速装置连接(转速不同)。冶金行业中使用的大量各类风机,对于判断故障点到底在从风机还是在电机上,存在较多争议,通过实例分析2台风机的故障现象,可以解决类似争议。 According to the vibration fault of the two different connection modes of the fan, case analysis, diagnosis, judgment of vibration fault in the motor or in fan are done. The two kinds of connecting ways of the fan are that one is directly connected with the motor (the same rotational speed) and the other is connected with motor through a speed regulating device (the differ- ent speed). A large number of various types of fan is used in metallurgical industry. The judgment of the fault point has con- troversy on earth from the fan or the motor, through examples of analysis of two Typhoon aircraft failure phenomenon could solve the dispute.
