摘要
从数控钢轨精磨机摇摆系统的控制原理、软硬件设计和通讯方式等方面,阐述了应用PLC、变频器以及旋转编码器等组成的交流变频半闭环反馈系统实现精确定位控制的方法,进而解决了系统无极调速和旋转的精确定位这一核心问题,对其他定位系统设计有一定的借鉴意义。
The controlling principle, hardware and software design, and communication methods of rail grinding machine CNC swing system are presented in this report. The method that using the PLC, frequency converter and the AC variable-frequency semi closed-loop feedback speed regulation system composed by rotary encoder realize the precise positioning control is dis- cussed, and then the core problem of stepless speed and rotational positioning in this system is resolved, from which the other positioning system design can get certain reference.
