介绍了一种大型超细粉磨机的软启动方案。首先介绍了设备电控部分的相关参数、三相异步电动机的启动方法、软启动的工作原理、控制模式等,然后叙述本设备的一拖四软启动方案,并给出了相关原理图和设备启动的部分试验结果。
In this article , the soft-start program for a large ultra-fine grinding machine is described. Firstly, the relevant pa- rameters of the equipment electric control part , the start of the three-phase asynchronous motor, soft start works, control mode are introduced, then a four soft-start program is described in a trailer of the device, and the schematic is given, the part test re- suits of the device starts are also given.
