摘要
分析了重整C+ 5 产品收率与产品辛烷值随反应条件的变化规律。提出将重整C+ 5 产品收率与产品辛烷值之积 (K)的极大值作为最优重整反应状态的目标值 ,给出了重整反应条件的优化方法。系统分析和研究了重整反应条件如重整反应温度、反应压力和催化剂装填比等对K的影响规律 ,为催化重整工艺的优化提供了一个理论依据。
Variations of the reformed C5 yield and the product octane number with reaction conditions were analyzed.Considering the maximum of the product( K ) of C 5 yield and the octane number as desired value,the optimization method for reforming conditions were given.Effects of reforming reaction temperature,reaction pressure and catalyst stacking ratio on the value of K were analyzed systematically,supplying theoretical basis for reforming process.
