就国外及我国对乳品安全监管措施的应用进行简单的阐述,从实际出发如何切实做好出口乳品监管工作,采取哪些有效的监管措施,提高我门对出口乳品的监管水平,是确保出口乳品安全的关键所在。
With the rapid growth of China＇s dairy market demand and per capita consumption of milk, especially after melamine-contaminat- ed dairy products event occurs, the quality and safety of dairy products are increasing affected by social and the consumers＇ attention. The ＂Food Defense Plan＂ is a new food safety management system, which is an important component of the system of the Food Protection Plan. How to properly perform the ＂Food Defense Plan＂ is to implement the relevant requirements of the national commission; is a new topic for our regulatory authorities. How to effective supervise the food safety protection of export dairy enterprises, what kind of effective regulatory measures to be taken are the key to improve our management level of export of dairy products and ensure that export dairy product security.
