国内外中倍聚光太阳电池性能的对比测试分析

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE OF VARIOUS CONCENTRATOR SILICON SOLAR CELLS

摘要 对国内几家企业和澳大利亚国立大学设计生产的单晶硅太阳电池进行了不同聚光比条件下的电性能测试,并对结果进行详细分析。国内的晶体硅电池效率在15个太阳下最高达到12%,而国外电池在30个太阳下效率最高为20%。电池所用硅片质量、栅线设计及扩散工艺改进使得澳大利亚国立大学的电池性能较高。应该指出的是,由于国内电池的价格优势,在具体市场应用中仍有较高竞争力。 Various silicon solar cells available in China and Australia markets were tested. The highest efficiency of domestic solar cells of 12% exists at 15 suns while the cells from Australia can attain a high efficiency of 20% at 30 suns. But when the cost is taken into account, the low prices of domestic solar cells still make them market competitive.
