基于HyperWorks的PW80E—Ⅳ型转向架动车构架静强度和疲劳强度计算与分析

Calculation and Analysis of the Static Strength and Fatigue Strength of Frames for Motor Cars with PW80E-Ⅳ Bogies Based on HyperWorks

按照UIC 615—4—2003、EN 13749—2005等标准,计算了装用于国内A型地铁的PW80E—Ⅳ型转向架在超常工况和模拟运营工况下的载荷,采用HyperWorks软件分析了动车构架的静强度和疲劳强度,并对计算结果进行了分析评估。结果表明,PW80E—Ⅳ型转向架构架满足相关标准和规范的结构强度要求。

According to the standards of UIC 615-4-2003,EN 13749-2005,etc.,the loads on the PW80E-Ⅳ bogie applied for the A Type metro in China under the main in-service loads and the particular in-service loads are calculated,the HyperWorks software is applied to analyze the static strength and fatigue strength of frames for motor cars,and the calculation results are analyzed and estimated.The results show that the frame for the PW80E-Ⅳ bogie has met the structure strength requirements in relevant standards and regulations.
