摘要
目的评价内观认知疗法对医学生非理性信念干预效果,为高校开展心理健康辅导提供参考。方法将招募的自愿参加研究的100名天津医科大学在读本科生,根据实际情况分为单亲组(32名)和双亲组(68名),同时进行7 d内观认知疗法心理干预,干预前与干预后采用非理性信念量表及元认知问卷,比较该疗法对医学生的干预效果。结果干预后两组的非理性信念量表总分及各因子得分较干预前均显著降低(P值均<0.05);干预后单亲组元认知总分和除认知和自我意识外的各因子得分、双亲组元认知总分和各因子得分较干预前均有显著性降低(P值均<0.05)。内观认知疗法对单亲医学生非理性信念水平、元认知水平改善程度较双亲医学生更为显著。结论内观认知疗法对医学生心理健康有促进作用,对单亲医学生效果更好。
Objective To evaluate the effects of NaiKan Cognitive Therapy on irrational belief among medical students with single parent. Methods The participants were recruited from the volunteers of medical students, who were divided into single parent group and two parents group by their family situation. Both group members received the 7 - day long NaiKan Cognitive Therapy of mental intervention at the same time. All the participants were estimated before and after the intervention with irrational beliefs scale (IBS) and the differences between single parent group and two parents group were compared with the meta-cognitions ques- tionnaire (MCQ). Results It was found that firstly total scores and each factor scores calculated with irrational beliefs scale from both groups significantly lowered after intervention ; Secondly the change of the difference in total scores and the factor scores except Low Frustration Endurance for the single parent group lowered more significantly in comparison with the two parents group after the intervention. Thirdly, the meta-cognition total scores and all factors scores except Cognitive self-awareness for the single parent group and the meta-cognition total scores and all factors scores for the two parents group significantly lowered as well after the intervention ; Fourthly, after intervention the change of the difference in meta-cognitive total scores and scores from irrational beliefs improved more significant for the single parent group in contrast with two parents group. Conclusion NaiKan Cognitive therapy could improve the irrational belief level and meta-cognition level significantly for medical students both with single parent medical students and two parents. Anymore, NaiKan cognitive therapy has more remarkable effects on medical students with single parent than those with two parents.
