摘要
江西金山矿业有限公司主井提升机润滑油加注由人工改为自动控制,控制系统通过三菱FX2N-32MR控制器,实现对所有润滑点逐点供油和各点给油量控制,PLC程序中设置了润滑周期的定时器,通过检测保证加油时间的精确性。该系统投入使用后,解决了人工加油不及时、加油量不能满足要求等问题。
Lubricant charging into main hoist that is owned in Jiangxi Jinshan Mining Co., Ltd. is controlled by automatic method, oil supplying to all lubrication points and control of oil feed rate is realized by Mitsubish FX2N-32MR controller, timer is set for lubrication period in PLC program to ensure the time of oil charging. Once the system is put into operation, some problems can be resolved, these problems include that oil charging is out of time and quantity of oil charging cannot meet the requirement.
