The global demand for tungsten in 2012 dwindled for the slacking world economy and slowed domestic economic growth. The tungsten export volume dropped dramatically while import volume fell slightly, which led to the reducing tungsten price. The global tungsten demand is still not strong in 2013 due to the uncertain economic elements. The downturn tungsten demand is predicted to continue in the short turn. In the later stage, tungsten export will be in a recovery growth. Generally, the global tungsten market develops in a positive direction.
