摘要 利用养殖条件下的瓯江光唇鱼亲鱼通过人工干法授精获得瓯江光唇鱼受精卵,对其胚胎发育过程进行连续观察。试验结果表明,瓯江光唇鱼成熟的卵呈卵圆形,为金黄色或者桔黄色,弱粘性,沉性卵,卵径1.20~1.50mm。在孵化水温(24±1)℃条件下,受精后1.08h,胚盘形成;1.58h,进入卵裂期;4.75h,进入囊胚期;10.5h,进入原肠期;15.75h,进入神经胚期;22.50h,进入器官形成期;65h,仔鱼开始出膜。瓯江光唇鱼的胚胎发育过程可划分为6个阶段,即受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚和器官形成,其中包括27个时期。本研究旨在为该鱼的规模化人工繁殖奠定基础。 Fertilized eggs were obtained from cultured Acrossocheilus fasciatus by hormonal injection and dry artificial fertilization, and the embryonic development (from fertilization to hatching) was morphologically observed under a light microscope. The riped eggs were ellipse in shape, sinkable, slightly adhensive, orange aurora and golden yellow in color and had diameter of 1.20- 1.50 mm. At water temperature of (24±1) ℃, the blastoderm was found 1.08 hours after fertilization, cleavage stage began 1.58 hours after fertilization, blastula stage was observed 4.75 hours after fertilization, gastrula stage was appeared 10. 5 hours after fertilization, neurula stage 15. 75 hours after fertilization, and organogenesis stage occurred 22.50 hours after fertilization, and newlyhatched fry was observed 65 hours after fertilization. According to the morphological feature, the embryonic development of the fish was divided into 6 stages, including fertilized egg, the cleavage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, neural stage as well as organogenesis stages.
