摘要
根据格尔木地区城市布局现状,结合格尔木市城市规划和铁路线路走向,提出格尔木铁路地区客货分站设计,客内货外,环型结构的总图布局构想。针对格尔木地区客货集中在格尔木站办理,接发车作业干扰大,地区解编系统能力紧张等问题,结合格库、敦格、格成铁路引入格尔木地区方案,从运输组织、接轨条件、城市规划和工程投资等多方面进行论证,最终确定了格尔木铁路地区维持格尔木客运站、新建格尔木南区段站的总图布置方案,同时对地区的货运系统也进行了统一规划。
Based on the actual situation of city layout of Golmud region, and combining the Golmud urban planning with the railway route alignment, the author puts forward the general layout conception in Golmud railway region in which the railway passenger station and freight station should be designed separately, and the passenger line should be arranged inside while the freight line should be arranged outside, forming a ring-shaped railway system. However, there were the problems that the passenger and freight operation were all concentrated at the Golmud Railway Station, and this might cause the serious interference between receiving-departure operations, while the capacity of uncoupling system in this region was weak and poor. Aiming at above problem, the author carries out an argumentation on transportation organization, track connection condition, urban planning, project investment and other aspects, in combination with the schemes about leading Golmud-Korla Railway, Dunhuan-Golmud Railway, and Dunhuan- Chengdu Railway into Golmud region. Finally, the general layout plan is determined in which the old Golmud railway passenger station should be kept, and a new Golmud south district station should be built. Meanwhile an integrated planning for freight transportation system in this region is also carried out in this paper.
