摘要
以某座连续刚构桥为例,结合非线性及细部分析软件MIDAS FEA,对0号块施工阶段及运营阶段最不利荷载组合工况下的空间应力进行仿真分析,得出零号块的三向应力结果及分布规律。结果表明,在横隔板人孔区域出现一定的拉应力,可采取钢筋加强、加强与顶底板的连接等措施来改善应力分布。顶板横向预应力在顶板与横隔板衔接处有预应力效应损失现象,可采用横向预应力钢束加密布置来处理。构件其余部位均满足规范设计要求。
A continuous rigid-frame bridge was cited as an example in this paper. Then by using nonlinear and detail analysis software MIDAS FEA, a simulation analysis was carried out for the spatial stress of zero block under the most unfavorable load combinations in both construction phase and operation phase. Afterwards, the three-dimensional stress data and its distribution rules were obtained. The results show that, a certain tensile stress occurs at the manhole of the transverse diaphragm, which can be settled by adding the steel re-bar and by strengthening the joint between top slab and bottom slab, or by other relevant measures. Moreover, the phenomenon of prestress loss occurs at the place where the top slab connects with the bottom slab, which can be solved by densifying the transverse prestressed steel tendons. The rest of the member can all meet the requirements stipulated in design code.
