摘要
大庆油田许多生产厂房在考虑采暖时忽略了室内工艺管道、机泵、阀门及电机的散热量。经计算 ,最冷月份时 ,电机及工艺管道等散热量可占采暖总热量的 57%~ 89%。投产两年的中十六联合站、北十五联合站和龙二联合站的生产实践证明 ,对机泵、工艺管线集中的生产厂房 ,在进行采暖设计时 ,可以不采用常规的热水采暖 ,而采用电采暖 ,随着季节的变化来补充和调节采暖量 ,从而可节省大量的热能、天然气及工程投资。
Through calculation,the coldest months in Daqing the amount of scattering heat of motors and technology pipelines may take up 57~89% of the overall quantity of needed heat.Practice of Zhong No 16 combination station,Pei No 15 combination station and Long No 2 Combination station that are put into production two years age proved that workshops which have lots of pump units and technology pipelines may not use the routine hot water heating instead of electric heating,supplying and adjusting heating according to the season change so that lots of heat energy,natural gas and engineering investiment can be saved.
