讀柳宗元《武岡銘并序》

On the Inscription Wugang-Ming,Liu Zongyuan's Masterpiece

從柳宗元《武岡銘并序》一文中可窺見子厚特有"生人爲先"等政治思想,並可據以彌補史書記載唐代地理以及元和間政情缺失,又知今集本有所脫漏。本文擬校正《武岡銘并序》,兼論柳宗元之仁政及其與韓愈之異,闡明其"仁"近乎大乘佛教思想及其"慈悲"觀念。

The inscription Wugang-Ming《武岡銘》is a masterpiece by the famous prose-writer Liu Zongyuan in the Tang Dynasty.However,little attention has been given to this work,so no academic research has been carried out until now.Actually it was found that this inscription shows his peculiarity of political ideas,in addition some articles mentioned in it might offer some supplementary materials for the canonical history books such as Tangshu《唐書》.This paper,beginning with textual research,concludes that his Neo-Confucian political thoughts,different from his sworn friends Han Yu,is deeply influenced by Mahayana Buddhism.
