摘要
通过比较中外主要压力容器标准中外压球壳的计算方法,并通过实际工程实例进行计算,以及用数值计算方法进行特征值屈曲分析,结果表明相比于EN 13445-3和ΓOCT 14249的结果,GB 150、JB4732、ASMEⅧ-1、ASMEⅧ-2中外压球壳的计算方法偏于保守。此外,对椭圆封头加强筋的结构布置,进行了进一步的分析与讨论。
Through the calculation of practical engineering examples and eigenvalue analysis by using numerical method, the calculation methods for spherical shell subjected to external pressure provided in worldwide pressure vessel standards were compared. It has been shown that compared with EN13445-3 and r OCT14249, the method provided in GB150, JB4732, ASME VIII-1 and ASME VIII-2 is conservative. Besides, in this paper, the structural layout of strengthener on elliptical head was analyzed and discussed.
