摘要
在承压设备损伤模式相关的国内外技术标准的指导下,根据储气井的材料、栽荷、介质及使用环境等具体特性,结合对储气井部分失效案例以及对其使用中存在问题的调查统计,并借鉴承压设备及油气井相关的研究成果,对储气井的损伤模式作了初步归纳,共归纳出了10种损伤模式,分别是土壤腐蚀、地层流体腐蚀、电化学腐蚀、水泥层下腐蚀、大气腐蚀、湿硫化氢腐蚀、脆性断裂、疲劳、螺纹连接接头泄漏、腐蚀疲劳,对每种损伤模式的现象、形态、影响因素、预防措施、检测方法等也作了分析。
The damage modes of gas storage well were analyzed in this article.Ten kinds of damage modes were concluded, including soil corrosion, formation fluid corrosion, electrochemical corrosion, corrosion under cement, atmospheric corrosion, wet H2S corrosion, brittle faeture, fatigue, leakage at thread joint and corrosion fatigue. Also, for every damage mode, their phenomenon, pattern, influence factors, protection measures and inspecting methods were analyzed.
