摘要
近年来大型装备制造能力不断增强,在EPC总承包模式设计、采购、施工充分协调合作的前提下,石化装置大型结构框架地面预制组装后模块化吊装日益成为一种趋势。以武汉800 kt/a乙烯工程HDPE装置反应框架的模块化施工为例对大型框架的模块化施工工艺进行介绍并与传统施工模式进行比较。
In recent years, the capacity of large equipment manufacture in many factories has been enlarging. Under the condition of EPC in which design, procurement and construction are fully coordinated, the mode that large structural frames are prepared on ground and assembled in module and then this module is lifted has been a trend. In this article, exampled with the reaction frame used in HDPE plant in 800 kt/a polythene project in Wuhan, the procedure of modular construction for large frame was introduced, and at the same times, it was compared with that in traditional construction.
