摘要
石化装置生产现场由于气源条件的限制、压缩机开停机期间工况易波动等,均会影响压缩机上干气密封的正常运行。为有效解决此类问题,提出在干气密封系统上加装增压装置。文章介绍了增压装置的工作原理与工作流程,并列举了应用实例,对如何实现干气密封在石化工业装置中能长周期可靠的运行具有指导意义。
The normal performance of dry gas seal will be influenced from the limit of onsite gas supply in petrochemical plant and the condition of startup and shut down of compressor. In order to solve the problems, the gas booster was installed on dry gas seal. in this paper, the working principle and process of gas booster were introduced, and practical example was also presented, which can be used as guidance to keep dry gas seal working in petrochemical plant for long term.
