摘要
某公司合成气压缩机发现高压缸干气密封泄漏严重,手动停车。事故原因可以追溯到之前的低压缸入口压力低联锁停车,在停车过程中,高压缸转子上产生的轴向力导致止推盘从原装配位置退出2.6mm,同时在驱动端干气密封部位发生了碰摩。驱动端干气密封压缩量的增加和干气密封部位的碰摩,最终造成了驱动端干气密封损坏。文章对故障产生的原因进行了分析并介绍了对高压缸的改进措施。
Synthesis gas HP compressor was shut down by manual because excessive dry gas seal leakage was detected. The cause of the accident was traced back when compressor was tripped due to the alarm low pressure at LP compressor suction. During the trip of HP compressor, the thrust disk was moved 2.6mm from its original position by the thrust force produced on the HP rotor. At the same time, a rub-impact fault occurred in the dry gas seal at drive end. The increase compression of dry gas seal at drive end and rubimpact fault finally resulted in the damage of the dry gas seal. In this article, the cause of accident was analyzed and the modification for HP compressor was introduced.
