摘要
从化学分析、金相组织分析、电子显微扫描、能谱分析四个方面分析了20碳钢管道在间歇蒸汽作用下产生腐蚀的原因和机理,研究得出蒸汽管道的腐蚀原因主要是氧腐蚀,而蒸汽冷凝液中的氯离子对氧腐蚀具有促进作用,并提出了防止腐蚀的设计方法。
In this paper, from the respects of chemical composition, metallographic structure, electric microscopic scan and energy spectrum analysis, the cause and mechanism of the corrosion occurred in 20 carbon steel pipe under the condition of intermittent steam were analyzed. It was shown that the corrosion is mainly induced from oxygen and chloride ion in condensed steam liquid has acceleration effect to the corrosion. The protection method was finally presented.
