再谈怎样看待H1~31-67《高压管、管件及紧固件通用设计》 被引量:2

摘要 根据工程设计经验及对法规的学习,在材料选用、施工验收和法兰连接强度计算方法等方面将"H通用设计"和现行有关标准作了对比,说明"H通用设计"引用的标准和规定远远不能达到现行标准规范的要求,指出"H通用设计"没有采用国际通用的公称压力及压力-温度额定值,不采用国际通用的压力管道外径系列,也没有采用国际先进的法兰连接接头密封-强度设计方法。并指出设计应选用国家或行业标准,不应执行不是标准规范的"H通用设计",应选用带颈对焊法兰;强调"H通用设计"只能作为参考资料。指出在维修、改造时管件可选用JB/T 450和JB/T 2768~2778标准,在维修、改造、新建、扩建时都应执行GB 50316、GB/T20801、GB 50235、GB 50184、GB 50236、GB 50683标准,并应首先执行TSG D0001—2009。 Based on the experiences from engineering and the study of code, and from the aspects of material selection, construction quality acceptance and flange strength calculation method, H general design were compared with other related standards. It was found that the standards cited and stipulation appointed in H general design is far from the requirements, and it was indicated that in H general design, all of internationally accepted nominal pressure, pressure-temperature, outside diameter serial of pressure pipe and flange strength-seal design method are not applied. Thus, in design, national standards and field industrial standards, not H general design, shall be chosen. It was also indicated that in maintenance and reform, JB/T 450 and JB/T 2768-2778 shall be selected for fittings. However, in maintenance, reform, new construction and expanding construction, GB 50316, GB/T 20801, GB 50235, GB 50184, GB 50236 and GB 50683 should be executed, and TSG D0001-2009 be executed first.
