喜炎平注射液联合抗生素治疗肺结核并肺部感染26例疗效分析

目的探讨喜炎平注射液与抗生素联合治疗肺结核合并肺部感染的疗效。方法将该院肺结核合并肺部感染患者52例随机分为两组,对照组26例给予抗结核治疗与抗生素治疗,实验组26例在抗结核、抗生素治疗基础上给予喜炎平注射液治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗效果。结果实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组患者,经统计学分析,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对肺结核合并肺部感染患者给予喜炎平注射液联合抗生素治疗具有较好的效果,值得在临床工作中应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiyanping injection and antibiotics eombined treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis lung infection. Methods The hospital tuberculosis pulmonary infection of 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group, 26 patients were given anti-TB treatment and antibiotic treatment, the experimental group, 26 cases on the basis of anti-tuberculosis, antibiotic treatment Xiyanping injection treatment observed and compared two groups of patient outcomes. Results The patient outcomes than the control group patients, the statistical analysis, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with pulmonary infection give Xiyanping injection combined with antibiotic treatment with good results, it is worth application in clinical work.
