人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折保守治疗患者治疗遵从性的影响研究

The Research of the Effect for the Concept of Humane Care in the Treatment of Compliance for Cervical Spine Fracture Conservative Treatment

目的探讨人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折保守治疗患者治疗遵从性的影响。方法选取2009年2月—2012年4月期间,来该院治疗的颈椎骨折患者75例作为研究对象,全部患者均采取保守治疗,绝大部分是枕颌牵引,并采用人性化护理模式对患者进行护理;分析人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折保守治疗患者治疗遵从性的影响。结果患者在人性化护理理念配合保守治疗下患者治疗遵从性得到显著提高,在人性化护理2周后治疗完全遵从率为86.67%,显著高于人性化护理前的54.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取人性化护理理念对颈椎骨折患者保守治疗期间进行护理,患者治疗遵从性得到显著提高,有利于取得良好的治疗效果和后期康复治疗。

Objective To investigate the effect for the concept of humane care in the treatment of compliance for cervical spine fracture conservative treatment. Methods 75 cases of cervical spine fracture patients in our hospital during the period from February 2009 to April 2012 were chosen as the research object. All patients were treated with the conservative treatment. Most was pillow jaw traction, and took humane care model. The effect of the concept of humane care in the treatment of compliance for cervical spine fracture conservative treatment was analyzed. Results The treatment compliance of the patients was significantly improved in the humane care concept with the treatment of patients under conservative treatment. After two weeks of humane care, the treatment complete compliance rate of 86.67% was significantly higher than before the humane care of 54.67%, and there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of humane care philosophy in the care of conservative treatment of patients with cervical spine fracture can make the patients＇ treatment compliance significantly improved, and it is good to achieve a good treatment effect and post-rehabilitation treatment.
