来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Leflunomide Combined with Methotrexate in Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎的临床效果及其安全性。方法选取80例类风湿关节炎患者并随机分为两组,40例患者采用甲氨蝶呤加来氟米特治疗作为观察组,40例患者采用甲氨蝶呤加柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗作为对照组,在治疗6个月时对患者关节情况包括关节肿胀,关节压痛及晨僵时间等进行检测进详细记录,观察比较两组患者临床疗效,同时对两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为82.50%,对照组治疗总有效率为52.50%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应主要表现为胃肠不适,皮肤瘙痒等,其中观察组3例发生不良反应,对照组4例发生不良反应,两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用来氟米特联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎,疗效显著,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To observe the effect of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in treating rheumatoid arthritis clinical effect and its safety. Methods 80 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients with metbotrexate in Calais leflunomide therapy as the observation group, 40 patients using methotrexate plus sulfasalazine treatment as the control in the treatment group, 6 months for patients with joint comprises a joint swelling, joint tenderness and morning stiffness time were detected in detail record, the two groups were observed and compared the clinical efficacy, while the patients in the two group therapy during the occurrence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was 82.50%, the control treatment group total effective rate was 52.50%, the observation group was significantly superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Two groups of patients with adverse reactions mainly gastrointestinal discomfort, skin itching, skin, wherein the observation group 3 cases of adverse reactions occur, the control group of 4 cases of adverse reactions, adverse events rates of the two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion The use of leflunomide combined with methotrexate in treating rheumatoid arthritis, and obvious curative effect, less adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical use.
