摘要 应用等温液固积分反应器和Gauss -Newton法求得 β沸石催化剂上苯与二乙苯烷基转移反应本征动力学方程 ,考虑到内外扩散的影响求得宏观动力学方程 ,并对用于烷基转移反应的液固相反应器进行模拟计算。确定了操作条件 :2 40~ 2 80℃ ,n(苯 ) /n(二乙苯 ) =8~ 12 ,总质量空速 5~ 10h- 1 。 The intrinsic kinetic model of transalkylation of diethylbenzene with benzene to ethylbenzene over β zeolite catalyst was studied in an isothermal integral reactor with internal and external diffusion resistance eliminated .A kinetic model was proposed and the parameters in the model were estimated by Gauss-Newton method.The internal effectiveness factor was also estimated.Then an industrial reactor was simulated.The factors influencing the conversion of diethylbenzene were discussed and the better operating conditions of the reactor were proposed.
