摘要
由于高炉炉料原因导致进口支管堵塞后,必须将进口管式波纹补偿器割除、蝶阀同步拆除清理,不但费时、费力,而且煤气动火作业非常危险。通过对现场研究分析后研发一种"法兰套管式波纹补偿器",并将其应用于高炉煤气干法除尘箱体进出口支管上,既提高了工作效率,又保证了检修作业的安全性。
The inlet branch pipe was blocked owing to blast furnace burden causes. And the inlet tubular corrugated compensator and the butterfly valve must be demolished. It would take time and be strenuous. Furthermore, there was gas in the pipe and it was danger- ous when a gas cutting was used. Through study and analysis of the field state, a flange bushing corrugated compensator was developed and the compensator was installed in the inlet branch pipe and the outlet branch pipe of dry dedusting box of blast furnace gas. The compensator not only improved the work efficiency, but also ensured safety of the maintenance work.
