摘要
杭钢烧结余热回收利用工程1台12 MW汽轮发电机组,由于机组工艺设计不合理、安装质量不良、产品质量缺陷、运行维护不到位等因素影响机组启动、运行的问题故屡有发生,直接影响了发电机组的安全运行、经济运行。对在汽轮发电机组部份发生故障的原因进行了分析及处理。
The sintering waste heat recovery and utilization engineering of Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Co uses the 12 MW steam turbine power generation unit. Start-up and operation of can not go smoothly owing to unreasonable process design and poor installation quality of the unit, bad quality of the unit, poor operation maintenance. It directly affect safety and economic operation of the unit. The fault causes of steam turbine power generator are analyzed and treated.
