摘要
油污对保安系统的泵、阀的正常工作影响很大,油控滑阀磨损严重,引起设备故障率偏高,设备寿命降低,经常需要更换油和相关备件。安装静电净油器来控制燃机控制油的洁净度,提高油压阀、油泵的运行可靠性,实现减少控制油系统跳机次数,提高汽轮机及燃机的发电量和设备的运转周期。
Oil stain has a big impact on normal operation of pump and valve of the protection system . Oil controlled slide valve has serious abrasion, resulting in high fault rate and low service life of equipment. It often needs to replace oil and related spare parts. An electrostatic oil purifier can be used to control oil cleanliness of the gas turbine, improve op- eration reliability of oil pressure valve and oil pump, reduce trip number of the oil control system, and increase power generation of steam turbine and gas turbine and operation period of equipment.
