链条锅炉掺烧转炉荒煤气对锅炉的影响和调节方式

摘要 转炉产能扩大后,为充分回收富裕转炉煤气和减少投资费用,把原掺烧高炉煤气的链条锅炉改为掺烧未经净化处理的转炉荒煤气。转炉荒煤气含有较多水分和灰分会对锅炉喷嘴和受热面产生的负面影响,运行中由于煤气种类变化后操作调节也需看相应变化,以确保锅炉的安全稳定经济运行。 In order to fully recover excessive converter the original blast furnace gas used for a chain-grate boiler gas and reduce investment cost, is replaced by converter gas that is not purified after converter production capacity increases. The converter gas contains much moisture and dust that will have a negative effect on boiler nozzle and heating surface. The operation regulation varies according to the corresponding variation owing to change of gas speeies to ensure safety and economic operation of the boiler.
