摘要
结合PLC在炼钢厂各个领域的广泛使用,行车上的电气控制系统技术陈旧,还属于70年80年代的接触器控制方式,对设备的冲击比较大,故障率高,维护频率高,备件损坏率大,材料费用高,经过PLC及自动控制系统升级改造后,热停机率明显减少,有效的提高作业率,加快炼钢的整个工序进程,提高产量。
Compared with wide application of PLC in many fields of steel plants, the electrical control system of a bridge crane is out of date. The eontactor control mode is the eontrol mode of the seventies and the eighties. This control mode has big impact on equip- ment, high fault rate and high maintenance rate of equipment, much consumption of spare parts and high material cost. After upgrading of the PLC automatic control system, fault shut- down rate is reduced obviously. It effectively improves work rates, speeds up the working procedure of steelmaking and increases production.
